"Original" Pancake & Waffle Flour

Ingredients:
12 Eggs
2 ltr Water
1 bag (1.7kg) Carbon's "Original" Pancake & waffle Flour
1 sachet (450ml) NEWCO Butter Substitute

Preparation:
In a big bowl, beat the eggs then add the water and mix well. Then add the Waffle Flour and mix well until the batter is smooth. Finally, add the melted butter and mix well.
Let stand for at least 10 min. before cooking. Makes about 25 waffles.



 

"Complete" Pancake & Waffle Flour

Preparation:

Mix 1 bag (2.27kg) of Carbon's "Complete" Pancake & Waffle Flour
with 3.00l ltr water, until the batter is smooth.
Then add one sachet (450ml) of NEWCO Butter Substitute and mix.
Makes about 30 waffles.
